Final version for
 contest. Again the concept is one of her original characters as if she was part of the Naruto universe. Akatsuki is serious business, so i though it would be nice to make her a member. That and i can get away with drawing shenanigans like having her in a cloud background with target like sights randomly everywhere. It would appear that she has some kind of lightning ability. The background might be cluttering up the character, but i couldn't help myself. I was originally going to make it just design based, but i guess i compromised and made a background and funny shapes...Anyhow, besides the original pencil sketch, everything was made on in Photoshop CS3. I think i'm getting use to this digital inking nonsense. This was actually pretty bearable compared to that last one. Well enjoy and hopefully i'll win something!
